Close what’s on offer
I think I’m gona replace “Always Be Raising” with “Close what you have on the table” cause it’s more important
While I do believe a lot in timing, sometimes taking up an investor’s offer is better than trying to time the market, playing those valuation games, especially when you’re building a war chest and liquidity is a premium when there is a pull back
Lastly, I never understood relationship building cycles during a round in venture and raising for a long time, relationship building earlier or after I understand. And these cycles can be long, allocating sometime to build these relationships over time is a good idea.
