Growing the Community

It’s been a some ride for us on Climate & Longevity, and we’re just getting started :)

I’m looking for a Community Manager, and to grow my team of scouts “An Entrepreneurial mindset Community Manager or Scout to help source founders or create, manage and scale up both community projects, climate & longevity. My preferred candidate is a Gen z, millennial obsessed with both topics and startups

Manage the Slack groups to ensure that investors are getting the most out of this community, and later on founders

Scout: Sourcing disruptive Founders who are not afraid to create their own playbook

Community Manager: Creating Content (not design) in marketing materials like fund memo/ deck, website, social media to improve digital footprint, and newsletters

Creating a media strategy around podcasts, marathon ama sessions

Personality, cultural fit, writing skills in climate & longevity is v imp, and async work

Building investor & founder community relationships to scale up the impact digitally

Comfortable working remote, you define your hrs

Go getter attitude, looking to use climate & longevity for impact to break into VC/ startups

Believes in making your own playbook to attract the best founders & investors community in climate & longevity impact

Attractive compensation, starting with part time or you define your time
